What is the most inspiring part of your job?
I have been in this business for 25 years because I LOVE helping people and making a difference. The ripple effect of the work keeps me excited and inspired to jump out of bed every day and serve. A person's career is such an important aspect of their life and good bad or otherwise, it affects every part of your life and ripples out into the world. I love that we're part of helping people find the perfect opportunity that makes a huge difference in their life and that of their family and that we help companies reach their goals/objectives by hiring the right team members.


Best advice I've ever been given?
I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel. - Maya Angelou

Although I love all animals, the herd of dogs I have nipping at my heels speaks for itself.

What is the most inspiring part of your job?
The most inspiring part of my job hands down is watching our team-members learn, grow and gain confidence as professionals within our industry. The biggest and most important part of my day-to-day is supporting our team, being a resource and offering any guidance and support that they need. I truly love serving our team and watching them flourish.


The best piece of advice I've ever been given is…
Hard to pick just one. We have a fun painted mural in our wet-bar area at home and two of my favorite pieces of advice/quotes are painted there:

"In the end, just three things matter: How well we have loved. How well we have lived. How well we have learned to let go." - Buddha

"It's better to be late than to arrive ugly." - Unknown

What is the most inspiring part of your job?
That I have the power to help connect people with their dream job, and it can be life changing. I also love that we help clients find the best person to add to their team and help their business grow.


What is the nerdiest thing you do in your spare time?
I'm a pro at the original Mario Bros Nintendo Game, so I spend time showing off my rad skills. I can usually beat the game in 10 minutes. I'm extremely competitive when it comes to anything video game related including Mario Kart, Mario Party, Donkey Kong, etc.

I like cats, but I'm more of a dog person since adopting Trista.

Wasting food. No leftovers are thrown away or left behind in my house... or anywhere I go LOL

What's the most inspiring part of your job?
The most inspiring part of my job is the impact that we make on people's lives. Finding someone a job could mean the difference of them being able to put food on the table for their family or not, and no matter how difficult a position may be to work on, I always remember that.


What is the nerdiest thing you do in your spare time?
The nerdiest thing that I do in my spare time is probably learn about true crime and serial killers. I listen to this amazing and hilarious true crime podcast that has made me obsessed with these stories. I just find them so interesting (and sad, of course).

I have both a dog and a cat, so it's hard to pick favorites! My dog is usually nicer than my cat so today I'll say dogs!

I enjoy playing “nerdy” board games that take 15-30min just to set up and then another 1-3 hours to play… or it could be my obsession with Christmas, Disney, and Harry Potter… I love them all!
