Office Manager – Executive Assistant

Current Responsibilities:

  • Direct front office operations, leading a team of 6 administrative staff to ensure seamless patient experiences and optimal workflow efficiency
  • Implement streamlined procedures for patient intake, appointment scheduling, and billing processes, resulting in improved accuracy, reduced wait times, and increased patient satisfaction
  • Collaborate with doctors and clinical staff to align front and back-office functions, facilitating effective communication and workflow coordination to enhance overall clinic productivity
  • Utilize software systems to manage patient records, insurance claims, and financial transactions, optimizing revenue management processes while ensuring compliance with industry regulations
  • Develop and implement initiatives to optimize front office operations, including workflow enhancements and performance improvement initiatives, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity
  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls and other communication, efficiently triaging inquiries and directing calls to appropriate staff members to ensure timely responses and exceptional customer service
