Saw improvement in first pass yield of 54%, on-time delivery of 98%, productivity of 14%, and 40% reduction in lost time injury rate.

Established three-year vision and action plans for departments, developed a team charter, with regular follow-up meetings to discuss progress to plant.

Resulted in complete re-layout of assembly line, combining work areas, and shrinking from six to five mainline stations, reducing assembly footprint by 1,800 sqft.
