    • Document Management – Handles and organizes a variety of documents, including blueprints, project plans, plan holders lists, bid results, addendums and correspondence. Scans, files, and indexes documents for easy retrieval and archival.
    • Quality Assurance – Conducts regular audits and validations of data to identify and correct errors, ensuring high-quality and reliable data for project planning and execution.
    • Confidentiality – Manages sensitive project information with discretion and adherence to confidentiality policies, ensuring data protection and compliance with industry standards.
  • Software Proficiency: Experienced in using PlanCenter software and BXWA platform. Proficient in MS Office Suite. Utilizes PlanCenter’s data management tools and other relevant software to streamline processes and improve overall workflow efficiency.
  • Analytical Skills: Conducts regular audits and validations of data to identify and correct errors, ensuring high-quality and reliable data for project planning and execution.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Very logical thinker. Can look at all of the facts and solve the challenge, making the complex simple.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams. Works with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to gather and verify project data, resolve discrepancies, and support project planning and execution.
