In a prior role with an aerospace manufacturing company, they oversaw a Staff Accountant, an A/P Clerk, and the IT Manager. Their role there was appx. 65% day-to-day work: month end, reviewing system, GL reconciliations, tracking deposits and prepaids, matching invoicing, reviewing a/p and a/r, etc., 20% forecasting, and 15% on big projects, fixing/process improvement, staff interaction, and inventory control.
