- Compliance & Regulatory Reporting: Strong background in automating regulatory reports, such as EEO-1, and ensuring compliance with audit requirements (SOX, I-9 verifications, etc.).
- Process Improvement & Tools Implementation: Adept at identifying areas for process improvement and implementing tools to streamline workflows, such as automating data change requests and creating efficient HRMS data entry systems.
- Employee Engagement & Communication: Proven leadership in moderating HR learning sessions, employee speaker series, and engagement activities like innovation contests, fostering an inclusive and innovative workplace culture.
